1) Is there a callout charge? This only applies to out of normal working hours. Normal working hours are 8a.m. to 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday, callouts outside these hours are subject to a charge of £50.

2) Are Quotes free? Yes all quotes are free up to two visits, all subsequent visits before work comenses are charged at £5 to cover fuel charges (sorry but we feel this is fair to to the high fuel prices)

3) Is the work warrentied? Yes most of our work is covered by a Corgi warrenty (certificate supplied by corgi) on our workmanship, all other work we will fix free of charge for up to twelve months.(unless it is faulty fittings etc not supplied by us)

4) What methods of payment do you accept? we accept payment by cheque, Paypal and cash, we are currently working on a way of taking payment by debit/credit card.
